Clique Kits - Sugar cookie

Hi everyone! Have you seen the Clique Kits February kit? It's loaded with the gorgeous Dear Lizzy Serendipity collection, which is so fun and colorful! Besides the beautiful bright colors, there's also a lot of sprinkles and candy themed touches, so I had to go with this sugar cookie (with sprinkles) picture for this layout.

To add some extra detail in the page I handstitched here and there randomly over the layout.

The Clique Kits also have some exclusive flair buttons, that go really well with this theme. I also love the mix of sequins in beautiful colors that came with this kit!

Pink Paislee - Cali 2014

Hi everyone! Today I have a mini album to share about my California road trip. I have made a couple layouts about it, but I always need to have a mini about each trip. For the base of this album I used this cut file from Lori Whitlock for the Silhouette.

Every now and then I like to use collections in a different way than they were meant to be. For this album I used the Pink Paislee Bella Rouge collection, which is definitely not a travel themed collection, but I wanted to show that it can work anyway.

I kept the cover and design of the pages clean and simple and used a white cardstock base. I wanted the title to jump of the cover.

On all the pages I did put the photos on the right and the journaling on the left.
All journaling is printed on vellum, backed with patterned paper and stitched onto the pages.

Clique Kits - January Pep Rally

Happy Wednesday and welcome to the Clique Kits January Pep Rally! You should have arrived here from Alisha, if not you can start our hop overhere on the Clique Kits blog.

The challenge this month is to have something sewn, stitched, embroidered, quilted, knitted or crocheted on your project. I decided to decorate this gift bag. This bag already has a pocket, so I just needed to meassure that and made sure my decoration wouldn't be to thick. I used a piece of white cardstock and handstitched some strips of the Amy Tangerine paper on it and used her foam alpha thickers for the 'thank you!'.

Here's the line up for today:

The Cut Shoppe - Journey

Hi everyone! Today have a layout to share that I made for The Cut Shoppe. I used the X marks the spot cut file for the background of my page and I added some of the word arrows from the Write this Down cut file.

This picture is taken at the Pacific Coast during my California road trip and this spot was one of my very favorites. The view was so amazingly beautiful and it was so nice and quiet there. I used the Webster's Pages Beautiful Chic collection because of it's gorgeous bright colors and added two flair buttons from A Flair for Buttons.

Clique Kits - Happy Day

Happy Saturday everyone! Today I have a card to share that I created for Clique Kits with the January Tailor Made kit. I don't make cards very often, but every now and then I get triggered by a piece of paper or an embellishment that is perfect for a card.

This happened with the Happy Day part on one of the Amy Tangerine Stitched papers in the kit and I created my card around this piece of paper.

Besides this card, I also want to share our February moodboard with you, can you guess what collection will be featured in our February Punxsutawney kit?

Clique Kits - The good life of 2014

Today I have a clean and simple layout to share, that I've made for Clique Kits with their January Tailor Made kit. It was this Felted paper from the Amy Tangerine Stitch collection that inspired me to create a layout with my favorite pictures from 2014.

I used this paper for the background of my page and placed an Instax picture at each month. On each picture I added one of the clear phrase stickers.

So here's a quick and easy way to have your favorite pictures of one year in one layout.

Paper Issues - product spotlight Bella Rouge

Today I'm up on the Paper Issues blog, together with Sherri and Dona, to put the Pink Paislee Bella Rouge collection in the spotlight.

From the very first moment I saw this collection, I just knew I had to have it. I always love some good sparkle, shine and pink. Plus, I do have the cutest little model that always sparkles and shines. In these pictures she's showing her newest pink dress.

For the base of my page I used this circle-heart cut file, which you can download for free overhere in the Paper Issues store

The Bella Rouge Ephemera Pack holds 83 die cuts. They are my favorites to embellish my pages, you can easily tuck them between papers or behind and over pictures.

These Silver puffy stickers are so fabulous, they are a perfect touch to this collection. I placed a couple of them in the circles of the cut file and on the labels.

How amazing is this printed transparent alpha? I never want to run out of these!

And here are the Bella Rouge papers.

I'm sure you can't wait to shop now. You can find the Pink Paislee Bella Rouge collection overhere in the Paper Issues store and use code DANIELLE20 for 20% off your entire purchase!
