Paper Issues - You've Got To Be Kittin' Me

Hi everyone!

Today I'm sharing a layout for the You've Got To Be Kittin' Me Challenge over at Paper Issues. I realized that I didn't even open my June kit Pontoon yet...so it was time to jump in and make a layout for the kit challenge.

I took this picture last week when I took Blink to Gary's Pond. It's a little area where they put big rocks in the ocean to create a pond where you can swim in, since the ocean around Saba is mostly too rough to swim in. Blink didn't feel like going in the water, but she enjoyed running around for sure!

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Paper Issues - Roll the Dice

Hello everyone! I'm up on the Paper Issues blog today with the December Roll the Dice challenge. It's a bittersweet one for me, as this is my last one. I'm moving to a teeny tiny tropical island, so I have to push the pause button when it comes to scrapbooking. But no worries, the Roll the Dice challenge wil stay for sure!

Of course I'm not making it an easy last one, because after all it's a challenge! :-) This month you need to use 5 pictures on your layout and 4 different types of alphas. So this is the time to finally use your hoarded Thickers and alpha stickers.

For my layout I used the Shimelle Go Now Go collection to document these pictures taken on the island that will be my home in a view weeks.

I hope you'll play along with us. You can link up your layout overhere in our challenge album for your chance to win.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Paper Issues - Roll the Dice

Hello everyone! I'm up on the Paper Issues blog today with the Roll the Dice challenge. I hope you enjoyed this new challenge last month and that you will join us again this time. You can link up your projects for this challenge overhere in our challenge album.

This month the dices are not making it easy, you can definitely call it a challenge. The first dice is for the amount of pictures, which is 6. The second dice is for the amount of stickers you can use, which is 3. This can be any kind of stickers: chipboard, cardstock, puffy, thickers etc. You can find a video of the rolling dices overhere.

For my layout I used the Shimelle Go Now Go collection and as you can see you can perfectly use it for non traveling pics too. These pictures were taken last March when I was at the Crop on the Cape with some girls of the PI Design Team. We had the best of time and took some fun pics using props.

Thank you for stopping by today and have a great day!

Paper Issues - Cut it Up Saturday

Hello everyone! I'm up on the Paper Issues blog today with Cut it Up Saturday. Here's your September cut file and you can get it for FREE overhere in te store. For your chance to win, you can link up your projects made with it overhere in our challenge album.

For my layout I used the Shimelle Go Now Go collection. I turned the cut file and cut it out of one of the papers and backed it with the pink paper. I inked the edges of some of the cut out parts and placed them back with pop dots, a little bit off of where it was cut out.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative weekend!

Little.Miss.Evie. - Far & Away

Hi everyone! Today I want to introduce you to a brand new manufacturer: Little.Miss.Evie. They have the most gorgeous embellishments that fit any project: enamel dots, sequins, washi tapes, wood veneers and stamp sets. Below I will show you some of my faves.

I wanted to make a layout with mainly the Little.Miss.Evie. products, which means hardly any papers. I started with creating a diagonal design with the Chevron Gold and Heartbeat washi tapes. Then I placed gold sequins over the Heartbeat tapes and handstitched them to the background. I used only one piece of paper and a photo overlay from the American Crafts Shimelle collection to place behind the photo. To embellish the rest of the page, I added two wood veneer butterflies, some enamel dots and stamps from the Love to Travel and Hello Today stamp sets.

Here is a selection of my Little.Miss.Evie. faves, but I seriously could pick anything from their collection!

Currently the products are only available at Scrapdelight and they ship world wide! You can find Little.Miss.Evie. overhere on Instagram and Facebook. Be sure to follow them to see what more is coming up!

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!

DT The Cut Shoppe - Sparkle and Shine

Happy Friday everyone! I have a new layout for The Cut Shoppe to share today.

This time I gave the You're a Gem cut file set some good use. I still had this photo of my niece in her princess dress in front of the castle in Disneyland Paris, taken last Summer. These diamonds and Sparkle and Shine sentiment are perfect for it.

I wanted this layout to be all sparkle and shine with gold and glitter, so I used the Shimelle collection which has all the pink and gold. I added some washi tapes, sequins and stamps from Little.Miss.Evie.

At The Cut Shoppe we're celebrating 12 Days of Christmas. You can find all info about our giveaways overhere on The Cut Shoppe blog.

To make shopping this month even more fun, we're giving you 25% off of all your purchases throughout the month of December!!
