Hello everyone, today a layout that I made just for fun. I used up my last pieces of paper from the Fancy Pants Designs Happy Place collection, which is also a little sad as I love, love, love this collection! The fun and bright colors were a perfect fit to this picture, taken during my September travels.

Paper Issues - January Java Journal

Hello everyone! Today's page in my #JanuaryJavaJournal is right up my alley: 'Places I want to travel to...'. Traveling is one of my very favorite things to do, I have seen so many places, but there's so much more left for me to see! My list goes on and on. On this page I wrote down just a couple of them, some of them will probably be done in the next two years, others might have to wait a little longer. In the end, you always must have something to dream about!

Paper Issues - Scraplift Sunday

Hello everyone! Yesterday was Scraplift Sunday at Paper Issues, which I always love for inspiration. This week we're lifting a layout by Janet, check out our Paper Issues Friends & Fans facebook group to see her layout and to share you scraplift with us.

The challenge for me with this layout was the big photo. I really like big pictures, some of them just simply deserve it, but it's a struggle for me to work with it on a layout. On the other hand, working on this one I realized how perfect it is to use up a collection I only have some small pieces of papers of. In this case I used Dear Lizzy Documentary. I didn't have a full sheet of it any more, so for the background I used a paper from Amy Tangerine's Rise & Shine.

It's your turn, can't wait to see what you'll create so please share it with us overhere in the Paper Issues Friends & Fans facebook group.

Also, Crate Paper Hello Love and We R Memory Keepers Crush are in the Paper Issues store now. Use code DANIELLE20 for 20% off your entire purchase!

Paper Issues - January Java Journal

Hello everyone! Today's page in my #JanuaryJavaJournal is one of my favorites, but also one of the toughest. The countless amount of books that I've read...and so many favorites! It was hard to narrow it down.

My all time fave book will be The Bridges of Madison County. I had to read it for English class in high school, before I even knew the movie was just released. This book got me right from the start and will be my favorite forever.

Number 2 and 4 on my list are both about World War II. Non-fiction books about World War II have been a favorite since I can remember. I don't know exactly what it is that makes me so interested in that period of time, but I'm pretty sure it has to do something with the fact that my grandfather was never able to talk about the things he went through during that war. It feels like I need to get all the information I can get, to try to imagine what it's been like for him.

Number 3 is a book by the Italian writer Niccolo Ammaniti. I actually have all of his books and like them all equally, I just had to pick one for this list. He is one of my favorite writers, his books are sometimes kinda weird but I just can't put them away when I start them.

The number circles are from the FREE JanuaryJavaJournal cut file. We also have two FREE printables for you to use with your journal, you can find them here and here.

Live the life you dream about

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing a layout that I've made just for fun. I had some bits and pieces left from the Amy Tangerine Finders Keepers collection and wanted to see if I could make one more layout with it.

First I splattered some gold Color Shine on the background and decided where I wanted the photo and the 'totally' card to be. Then I filled up all the space below it with strips of patterened paper and the adorable thin washi tapes from this collection. This page could also use a big title, so I made it with a mix of the Follow multi color alpha and the kraft chipboard lucky accent words.

Mini album Southern Road Trip

Hello everyone! A couple weeks ago I was cleaning up some scrap stuff and between all the piles I found the Teresa Collins Wanderlust collection. I totally forgot that I had it and it is way too beautiful to not use it. Also, there are way too many of these unused WRMK insta albums in my house, so I knew what to do. These insta albums are so cute and I love how easy it is to make a mini quickly with them. Love how this one turned out!
