Simple Stories Carpe Diem planner - week 1
Hello everyone! It's time for a new spread in my planner. This week I'm sharing my Simple Stories Carpe Diem planner. This thing is the cutest thing ever, I love to take it with me everywhere. A planner is great to use up all the bits and pieces that you've left from older collections, but my OCD tells me that it's just awesome that the Carpe Diem planner has all the matching stuff.
