It is the 4th Tuesday of the month, so it is time for another challenge at
Use it Tuesday!
The challenge is: use your uncut paper! We all have some papers, or entire collections of papers, that we don't dare to cut. Maybe because you're afraid to ruin it or it is just simply to beautiful to cut :-)
Now it is time to grab those long waiting papers and create a beautiful project with it.
***REMEMBER: All of our challenges call for you to use your hoarded supplies! A challenge requirement is to tell us in your post what you used!***
There is a wall in my living room that has 3 ugly spots from old screws. Now, normaly you could let the entire wall get renewed. Or you can create 3 canvases that cover the ugly spots :-) Of course the last option is what I did!
I had this idea, the 3 canvases and the BoBunny Etc. collection laying around for a very long time and didn't had the guts to start with it. Simply because it had to be done well, it was going to hang in my living room! We're not talking about a layout that you can hide in an album :-) So this challenge was exactly what I needed and I finally created my 3 canvases.
I used the BoBunny Etc. collection. The notes, butterflies, doilies and hearts are made with the Silhouette Cameo. The titles as well (Ali Edwards alphabet), but I outlined them on grungeboard, cut them out, misted them and stamped on them with a Friend-definition stamp. All the edges of the papers are distressed with an edge scraper and walnut stain distress ink. The background of the canvas is made with a chicken wire mask and misting spray.
Please link your creation using Inlinkz by
