Today I have another Center Picture Window card to share. Of course there also had to be a mermaid one! I made this one a birthday card. For the front I used the cut out oval part again from the inside, die cut from the Really Rainbow Scallops paper. Where I didn't use this paper, I colored the card with Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass. All the images are from the Mermaid For You set.
