It's Free File Feature at Paper Issues and today we're featuring the Halloween Sweet Flight cut file, which you can download HERE for free.
For my layout I used Heidi Swapp Art Walk papers and Old School ephemera pack. I cut the title in two different papers and glued them down a little offset so that a shadow is created.
