Today I'm back with another card for the AECP and this one is for the All About Layering 1 course. Just like the course All About Layering 2, this course features lots of Altenew stamp sets, show cases how to layer them and gives you tons of design ideas.
In this course I was intrigued by the class with 2nd, 3rd and even 4th generation stamping. I didn't even know a 4th print would be possible, so I had to try it with the Ornamental Flower stamp set. For the background of my card I stamped the flower only with Crisp Dye Ink Jet Black with a different generation stamp print for each layer. I filled the background up with one of the small leave stamps from this set with Crisp Dye Ink Lagoon.
I kept the sentiment simple by just white embossing it on a strip of black cardstock.
I stamped the big flower one more time with Crisp Dye Ink Red Cosmos colors and Sugarplums for the inside of the flower, die cut it and added it to the card with foam tape.
