Travel journal

Hello everyone! During my last travels I had this travel journal with me, but I had a hard time keeping up while traveling. Honestly, I just simply forgot most days to do it and once you're behind it's hard to pick up again. Last week I told myself that it had to be finished before New Year's, so that's what I did.

I made this fauxdori myself out of real leather, I love the worn look it got from taking it with me during the whole trip. I've designed the inserts too, so it would be exactly what I needed. Besides the daily pages you'll see in the pictures below, there're also pages for notes, hotel addresses, flight info and must do's. I used the Simple Stories Summer Vibes collection, it was perfect for this trip! In addition to this collection I used a variety of washi tapes from Little.Miss.Evie., some roller stamps and paperPOPs from Parker on the Porch.

Clique Kits - Summer nights

Hello everyone! Today I have a layout to share with the Clique Kits August mini kit. It came with some of the gorgeous Pink Paislee Citrus Bliss papers, double sided journaling cards and embellishments from Color Cast Designs and Pretty Little Studio.

For my layout I added some pieces of Teresa Collins gold foil sheets, Pinkfresh Studio wood arrows, Snarky Stamps and Little.Miss.Evie. washi tape and enamel dots.

Paper Issues - Cut it Out Saturday

Happy Saturday! It's time for a new Cut it Out Saturday at Paper Issues. For this month I designed a beach themed cut file set to help document those summer pictures. You can download the cutfile for FREE overhere in the Paper Issues store!

For my layout I just had to use the beach sign and made it with an older woodgrain paper from Webster's Pages. All the other papers and embellishments are from the Fancy Pants Designs Office Suite collection. I also used the Beach Life cut file for the title of my page.

This picture is taken last week when I spend an afternoon and evening at the beach with my friend Michelle. I love living only a 10 minute bike ride from the beach, but we hardly ever have this perfect beach weather. So when it's there, we take the most out of it!

Pacific Coast

Hello everyone! Today I have another layout to share that I've made with the stamp sets that I've designed for Little.Miss.Evie., this time along with the Elle's Studio Cienna collection.

This picture is taken along Highway 1 at a stop a few minuts north of Hearst Castle, where you can find lots of elephant seals hanging out on the beach. I could have stayed there all day watching them, it was so amazing!

I love the soft colors in this Elle's Studio collection and the vellum sheet maybe even more. Because I'm not much of a journaling person, I like to add sentiment stamps to express the feeling of the moment. In this case I used my be-you-tiful and #photoshoot stamp sets.

Life is short. Eat dessert first!

Hello everyone! Today I have a layout to share made with the stamp sets that I designed for Little.Miss.Evie. along with the Fancy Pants Designs Office Suite collection. I love how versatile this collection is, it even works with desserts!

This picture is taken at Ventana Grill in Pismo Beach. If you're in the area, it is so worth a visit! They have awesome food and an awesome view. For dessert I had the cheesecake wrap and I think it was the best I've ever had.

Because the Office Suite collection doesn't express desserts, I pointed this theme out with my stamp set 'it's cupcake o'clock'. It is perfect for any (cup)cake or dessert themed project. My other two stamp sets, be-you-tiful and #photoshoot, are more versatile and I managed to use these on this layout as well.

Clique Kits - Good times with you

Today I have a layout to share made with the Clique Kits May mini kit. I used the Pretty Little Studio hearts and arrows vellum sheets to create my background and stitched them to the white cardstock. For the other two squares of my background I used watercolors.

With the Pretty Little Studio You & Me papers I layered a cluster and added tags here end there. All stamps are from the stamp sets that I designed for Little.Miss.Evie.
