Planner - week 53

Hello everyone! This is my last post of the year and today I'm sharing this week in my planner. I always love to start a new year and this year I'm going to use a Plum planner from Plum Paper Designs and the Carpe Diem planner from Simple Stories.

So far I've only done a spread in my Plum planner, so that's what I'm showing today. I wanted a clean design and lots of gold on it, because it's still the holiday season. I used the gold planner stickers from MAMBI and added big washi tape with golden hearts from Little B. The enamel arrows are from Doodlebug Designs. The arrow and my planner band are from Parker on the Porch.

Pretty Little Studio - Celebrate

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing my last project as a member of the Pretty Little Studio design team. A huge thank you to Melissa for having me, it was an absolute joy working with you and your products!

The Pretty Little Studio products are perfect to make a quick card. The base of the card is white cardstock and I covered it with the Rocky Mountains vellum, which gives you a spectacular background. All you need to add is a note cutout with your sentiment and a big word art, like the celebrate one.

Products Let's Go collection: Rocky Mountains vellum | New York Notes | Tiny ABC Cloudy Day | Word Art Celebrate.
Products Gold Mine collection: Gold Foil Alpha.

Pretty Little Studio - sunrise

Hello everyone! Today I'm up on the Pretty Little Studio blog with a Thursday Tip. The tip is about this layout, you can read all about it overhere. I wanted to use a mask along with watercolors, but I probably used too much water so it all went running over the background. I let it dry to see how it would turn out and decided to leave it this way. You can still see some of the dots from the mask and I was meaning to create an ombre effect to mimic the sunrise. That worked out anyway. I added some black splatters and built some layers with papers and transparancies for a cluster behind the picture.

Products Let's Go collection: Go West Black | Denver paper | Arrival Grey | Flair Florence | Shipping Tags Cheyenne.
Products Treasure Island collection: Welcome Aboard paper.
Products Gold Mine collection: Gold Foil Alpha.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful Christmas!

Um Wow Studio - Friends

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing my last layout as a member of the Um Wow Studio design team. I really loved working with DeeDee and her awesome products. A huge thank you to DeeDee for having me!!

Today's layout is about meeting my friend Patricia in real life for the first time. I love how scrapbooking brought so many amazing friends into my life and whenever I get the chance to meet them, I will! I used the UWS Arrow Title Mash and Love Tabs chipboard and Inspired Flair. I painted the chipboard in a soft pink color and sanded it a little. All papers and other embellishments are from the Pinkfresh Studio Happy Things collection.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Paper Issues - Ship Island

Hello everyone! I wanted to challenge myself again to make a double pager, so what's better than joining Becky's Twofer Tuesday challenge. I used her picture placement as an inspiration for the design of my pages. But still, it was a tough one! All papers and embellishments are from the Amy Tangerine Finders Keepers collection, the mint ombre washi is from Lora Bailora and the title is made with the Silhouette Cameo.

You can still join in this challenge and link up your double pager in the December challenge album in our Facebook group.

Thank you for stopping by and enjoy your day!

Paper Issues - Pinspire me Monday

Hello everyone, it's time for December's Pinspire me Monday at Paper Issues!

The colors were really speaking to me, so there had to be black, red and teal in my layout. The brand new Fancy Pants Designs Happy Place collection was the perfect line to go with. The background paper is already doing a lot and expressing the feel of that moment at the beach, so I made a layered cluster around the photo and a smaller cluster in the right bottom corner for the title. For the title I was inspired by the movie Marley & Me.

We love to see how this moodboard inspires you! Link up your project overhere in our challenge album on Facebook and you might be our lucky winner.

Paper Issues - Cut it Up Saturday

Hello everyone! It's time to Cut it Up at Paper Issues and this month I've got some Holiday Banners for you to use on your projects. You can download this file for FREE overhere in the Paper Issues store. Be sure to link up your projects made with this file overhere in our December challenge album on Facebook, you might be our lucky winner!
I don't celebrate anything, but I do have a Christmas tree up every year. I love the lights and deco during these short dark days of the year. Because I hardly ever buy any Christmas collections, I wanted to show you that the Amy Tan Finders Keepers works fine too for a Holiday themed layout. I used the Happy Holidays and the tree banners from the cut file.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Chillin' & Grillin'

Hello everyone! Today I have a layout to share that I've made just for fun. When I was going through some paper collections, I found the October Afternoon Summertime collection again and realized that I hadn't create that much with it yet. Such a shame as I totally love this collection! I went for one of my burger pics (I actually have way too many burger pics...) to go with the summer grillin' card and built the rest of the layout around it.

Check out the Paper Issues store frequently, lots of new goodies are added all the time. Use code DANIELLE20 for 20% off your entire purchase!

Pretty Little Studio - Pinterest Inspiration

Hello everyone! Today I have a layout to share for Pinterest Inspiration at Pretty Little Studio.

I was inspired by the colors and different patterns and textures, so I wanted to use these on my layout as well. I picked some of the wood pattern papers and added touches of color with red, navy and teal vellum. Because of the orange tones in the tree in the picture, I added two orange colored arrows and the orange dicover bingo card.

Products Treasure Island collection: Welcome Aboard paper | Ship Deck paper | Buccaneer paper | Walk the Plank paper | Wild Cat Coast Red vellum | Wild Cat Coast Navy vellum | Bingo Card Ocean Blue | Arrow Adventure

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative day!

It's your turn to make a layout based on this sketch. You can link it up overhere in our challenge album on facebook for your chance to win a $10 gift card to the Paper Issues store!
