DT Use it Tuesday - challenge #52

It is the 4th Tuesday of the month, so it is time for another challenge at Use it Tuesday and this time it's all about Spring.

***REMEMBER: All of our challenges call for you to use your hoarded supplies! A challenge requirement is to tell us in your post what you used!***

I took out the Echo Park For the Record 2 collection, which totally stands for Spring to me. These photos were taken two years ago during a family trip to Florida. Phiene was only 19 months old at the time and she had no idea what an easter egg hunt was, all she knew was that there was chocolate to find. She was unstoppable :-)

Now it is your turn to show us your Spring projects. Link up your project to the Use it Tuesday blog for your chance to be our guest designer at one of our upcoming challenges!

DT Practical Scrappers - Flair

Happy Monday everyone, we are back with another theme at Practical Scrappers today: Flair! You can't have missed this new trend, you see those everywhere in all kinds of sizes, prints and colors. The On Trend team at Practical Scrappers is showing you a variety of Flair, so be sure to check them out.

Last week the new Fancy Pants collections arrived at the house and they come with some gorgeous sets of flair, I just couldn't wait to play with it. I went for the Down by the Shore collection and took out some beach photos of me and Phiene when we were making sand castles at the beach of Clearwater, FL. It's already 2 years ago we had this family trip and I'm in shock how fast Phiene is growing up. Sometimes I still want her to be that little baby she was back then..

Pink Paislee card

Just a quick post today, sharing a card I made. I used the Pink Paislee Portfolio collection and some kraft and white cardstock. The sentiment is made with the Silhouette and it means something like 'strength'. I made this card for a friend who can use a lot of strenght right now.

Well, that's it for today. It's going to be a quiet week, blog post wise. I'm working on the many projects I can share with you next week. I'm also working ahead on assignments for April, as I will be on a vacation for 3 weeks. Only 2,5 weeks to go, can't wait to finally be surrounded by warm weather and just relax! :-)

Happy Wednesday everyone and thanks for stopping by today!

Cherish

Today I'm sharing a layout I made with a photo of me and my two scrappy friends Lilith Eeckels and Emmanuelle Chauvin. I love that through scrapbooking I meet such wonderful friends, but unfortunately most of the contact is online. Last January the 3 of us finally had the chance to meet in real life. Emmanuelle invited us to her place in Brussels and we spend an entire Saturday together, talking, laughing and of course scrapping. I'm not good at scrapping when I'm surrounded by other people and I just made half a layout :-) But the most important thing was that we had spend time together. Of course we had to take some photos and with one of them I made this layout.

Pink Paislee Portfolio: Remarkable paper, Amazing paper, Outstanding paper, Stupendous paper, Photo frame, Photo tab, Ephemera
Pink Paislee Artisan: Hearts, Cherish, Family, Border

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

DT Cre8tive Cre8tions - Adorable

Happy Monday everyone! Today I'm sharing a layout I made for Cre8tive Cre8tions. On this layout I used a few of the new pattern papers and stamps of Cre8tive Cre8tions and of course some of the gorgeous flair buttons.
This is one of my favorite photos of Phiene, taken on one of the rare moments that she asks for taking a picture of her. I also loooove this cute little dress that I got her, lovely girl-colors :-)

For the background I made myself some masks with the Silhouette Cameo and used these 2 masks with Distress Ink.

The colors of the Bold & Basic papers, the Catch a Dream papers and this cute button fit the photo perfectly. The button is even the same color as the dress!

Some stamps of the You are Special stamp set.

Aren't those feathers beautiful? They are cut-outs from the Catch a Dream paper collection.

Some more Catch a Dream paper, You are Special stamp and a button from the Crowns set.

These twine buttons are some of my favorites! I added this one on a stamp from the Basic stamp set.

Check out the online store for many more fun and gorgeous flair button sets, pattern papers and stamps!
Did you know Cre8tive Cre8tions is on Facebook too? You can find their Facebook page overhere and find some more inspiration.
