I don't celebrate anything, but I do have a Christmas tree up every year. I love the lights and deco during these short dark days of the year. Because I hardly ever buy any Christmas collections, I wanted to show you that the Amy Tan Finders Keepers works fine too for a Holiday themed layout. I used the Happy Holidays and the tree banners from the cut file.

Chillin' & Grillin'

Hello everyone! Today I have a layout to share that I've made just for fun. When I was going through some paper collections, I found the October Afternoon Summertime collection again and realized that I hadn't create that much with it yet. Such a shame as I totally love this collection! I went for one of my burger pics (I actually have way too many burger pics...) to go with the summer grillin' card and built the rest of the layout around it.

Pretty Little Studio - Pinterest Inspiration

Hello everyone! Today I have a layout to share for Pinterest Inspiration at Pretty Little Studio.

I was inspired by the colors and different patterns and textures, so I wanted to use these on my layout as well. I picked some of the wood pattern papers and added touches of color with red, navy and teal vellum. Because of the orange tones in the tree in the picture, I added two orange colored arrows and the orange dicover bingo card.

Pretty Little Studio - Go ADO

Hello everyone! It's time for the December sketch over at Pretty Little Studio.

This sketch challenged me to use more than one picture on a layout. I don't do that very often, but I actually like it once I've done it again. I noticed that the Treasure Island collection has the green and yellow tones that are the same as the colors of my soccer home team, so I went for a layout about my fave team. The big picture is taken right before the opening game this season and you see our mascot Storky. The left picture shows the food you MUST eat while at our stadium, a tradition that started decades ago. It comes close to a hotdog, but it's slightly different.

The cork die cut alpha is perfect for a big title and I used a small alpha stamp to put a phrase from our city's song along the bottom of the cluster.
