AECP - Stencil Techniques

Hi everyone!

Today I'm sharing two cards for the AECP Stencil Technique Course. I love stencils and I have more of them than I should have :) but they add such beautiful detail to your projects in often a very simple way.

For the first card I used the Stripe Builder stencil, just to cover the top left corner of my card and ink blended it with Pale Mauve ink. Starting out of the bottom right corner I stamped the Sweet Rose Bouquet with the Rose Petal Crisp Dye Ink set and Nature's Wonders Crisp Dye Ink set. The sentiment is from the Amazing Things stamp set. As a finishing touch I added some gold watercolor splatters.

For the second card I used the Honeycomb stencil, this time with modeling paste. First I colored the molding paste with Warm Sunshine Crisp Dye Ink, so that the stencil print would match the flower on top. The flower and leaves are from the Build-A-Flower Rose stamp set and I used the Summer Afternoon Crisp Dye Ink set and the Nature's Wonders Crisp Dye Ink set. The sentiment is from the same Rose stamp set.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
