Today I'm sharing a layout that I made for the Get Messy challenge at Paper Issues. For the background I used Vicki Boutin art crayons, first as a watercolor and then dry with a stencil and stencil brush.
The papers and embellishments are from the Heidi Swapp Color Fresh collection. The circle stamps are from Ink Road stamps.
