Altenew Vintage Galore Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hi everyone!

Welcome to the Altenew Vintage Galore Collection Release Blog Hop. You should have arrived from the amazing Jenny Colacicco. You can find the full hop list at the bottom of this post.

I'm totally hooked by now on the amazing Hot Foil Plates, so for my first card I used the new Whimsical Peony Hot Foil Plate along with the coordinating Whimsical Peony Layering Stencil. I used a teal colored foil with the plate and the Crisp Dye Ink Sugarplums set with the stencil. For the background I used some gorgeous Altenew alcohol inks in the colors Dew Drops and Wisteria that match the teal foil perfectly!

For my next card I used the beautiful Golden Days Stamp & Die set. I stamped the flowers with the Crisp Dye Ink Tranquility set and the leaves with the Nature's Wonders ink set. I die cut all the pieces, created my bouquet and added the top flower with foam tape. The strip at the bottom is an extra strip I had left over from the previous card background, made with alcohol inks in the colors Dew Drops and Wisteria. I finished the card with a sentiment from this stamp set and added gold watercolor splatters.

I got so excited when I saw the Wedding Promises Stamp & Die set, that layering cake is just gorgeous! I used Red Cosmos inks and Prickly Pear inks for the cake and Sugarplums for the plate. For the last layer of the cake I used gold embossing powder. I created the background with the new Cube Builder Hot Foil Plate and a Rose Gold foil. The last background layer is made with Alcohol Inks Pink Diamond and Razzleberry.

For the last card I'm sharing today I used the Golden Days Hot Foil Plate with a Pewter foil. I ink blended the flower with the coordinating layering stencil and Martian Terrain inks. The sentiment is from the Super Script stamp and die set.
